Faith’s mentoring course took place involving six participants. Two meetings were organized in Italy.

The first with the intention of clarifying and explaining what it meant to be a mentor, starting with the suggestion of Mentor, Telemachus’ guide in the Odyssey, and ending with the existing types of mentoring.

In the first meeting, mentors also tested themselves with some role-plays, with the intention of recreating scenes from life routines in which train mentoring skills: patience and listening.

The second meeting, on the other hand, focused more on the use of digital functions to prepare them for sessions with mentees.
