Today 4/7/2022, our mentors met the mentees, , i.e., the participants in the course that will start in the fall. In total of 6 of them took part in this meeting.
During the meeting, the objective was to bring out the needs and requirements of the participants, their expectations of the course that will start in autumn.
It was an opportunity to question each other and to analyze strengths and weaknesses together.
This was a source of interesting insights for us, especially in the matching of mentors and mentees.
