The purpose of this report is to accommodate a descriptive account of the level of digital literacy of seniors belonging to the
age group of 55 years old and over, living in the Republic of Cyprus, and to serve as a road map on the needs the seniors in question have in performing online transactions.
In doing this, both primary and secondary research were conducted in Cyprus, including interviews, focus groups and an online survey questionnaire, and desk research.
