Open call FAITh

If you have experience in practices and tools on the use of ICT by older adults in Europe then we would like your help.

The purpose of this Open Call is to gather information and material about such practices and tools that have already been tried and tested in order to help FAITh achieve its goal.

These practices may include measures outlined in local/regional/national strategies on active ageing and lifelong learning, results from formerly implemented EU-funded projects, community-based services for older people, own initiatives and other.

Three main characteristics that are important to the FAITh project and we seek to find in other practices are:
• Community-driven approach
• Employment of peer support and/or mentoring and/or volunteering
• Engagement of the family and/or the local market

By clicking here you will find a form in which you can fill in the main features of the practice (duration, type of intervention, main requirements and recourses, outcomes and impact).
