During the previous months, a series of training seminars on “Age-friendly products and services” were completed with participation of professionals and representatives of companies, service providers and organizations that offer online services and products in various sectors in Greece.

More than 40 participants followed the seminars, representing 17 different companies and organisations operating in fields such as adult education and lifelong learning, banking and information and communication technology, online stores and platforms.

During the seminars, the participants had the opportunity discuss about the concept of creating an age-friendly environment for their older clientele, but also learning more about social inclusion, rights, and ageism. They gained more insights in the changes that come with time and age, and the topic of marketing of older people.

The seminars offered several opportunities for discussions, exchanges of experiences and good practices, as well as the chance to reflect on our own attitudes towards "growing old and aging".
